Delta Berhad and its subsidiaries, collectively known as “DELTA” or “DELTA GROUP” was first established in East Malaysia in 1949 by the name of Delta Timbers Limited. The company’s pioneering ventures in the timber industry were in logging, saw milling, sawn timber trading and exportation of timber logs and sawn timber. The principal activities of the holding company include investment holding, property development and provision of management services to subsidiaries and associated companies.
