Gunung Impian Development Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on 21 January 1991. The principal activities of the Company are property development, investment holding and operation and management of golf course. On 19 July 1993, Kuok Brothers Sdn Bhd entered into a joint-venture agreement with Lee Rubber Co (Pte) Ltd, Selat (Pte) Ltd, Lee Foundation and Senja Permai Sdn. Bhd. to undertake the development of 2,953 acres of freehold land into an intergrated commercial, residential and light industrial area.
