TRC Synergy Berhad was initially incorporated as a private limited company in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 11 December 1996 under the name TRC Synergy Sdn Bhd. On 8th January 1997, the company changed its status from a private limited company to a public company and assumed the name TRC Synergy Berhad (TRCS).
