Amber is a leasehold housing estate located in Section 19, Shah Alam, Selangor. It comprises 16 units of 2-storey terraced houses which was built by Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS). It was completed in 2012. Amber features modern elegance with an open spa concept, blending open spaces with thoughtful finishing internally and externally. Within the estate are amenities such as jogging track, playground and 24 hours security services. All units at Amber are 20x70’ and are stylishly designed with a modern touch. Each unit comes with private parking space. Amber was launched at a selling price from RM 526,276 in 2012, which was 8 years ago. The price would have increased many folds at the time of writing.
