D7 @ Sentul East comprises 100 units in a 7-storey block which houses duplex sky offices, boutique offices combined with exclusive retails spaces on the ground floor. It has a built up of 870 to 1,500 sf. Some of their tenants include Shockwave, Virtuvo, MRX Industries, GDA Concepts, to name a few. In comparison to the many older poorly maintained offices in Sentul, D7 @ Sentul East is refreshing and very nicely maintain despite its age. Facilities include sky office and garden suites and wireless broadband ready. It designed with ample open spaces and flow of natural lighting. Facilities include 24 hours security, cafes and carpark. The launch price for D7 @ Sentul East was from RM 380 psf, that was many years ago. There are no current rates available.
