Desa Kundang is a small leasehold residential neighbourhood located in Kundang, near Rawang, Selangor. Desa Kundang neighbours Taman Volex and is in close distance to Sg Buloh neighbourhood. However, Desa Kundang is quite far from town centre and there is no basic amenities and facilities, so residents will need to drive to the next time to get their stuff. In addition, there are several international schools within close distance such as Straits International School Rawang, Templar Park International School and IGB International School (Igbis) over at Sungai Buloh. There is a government run Klinik Desa in Kundang where residents from the area can go for minor medical treatment, while the nearest hospitals are Sg Buloh Hospital and KPJ Rawang Specialist Hospital. For daily essentials, residents can head to Pasar Mini Kundang Jaya, Kedai Runcit Chop Ng Foh, Pasar Mini Geunaseh, Pasaraya Tasik, and Ravindra Kumar Enterprise. Bigger names such as Mydin, Tesco, Nsk, Giant And Aeon are available in nearby Rawang town. The nearest shopping mall is AEON Mall Rawang, where residents can get access to host of retail brands, eateries, entertainment and services. Other shopping malls within close distance are KIPMall Desa Coalfields and The Store Sungai Buloh. Since Kundang is surrounded by ample greeneries, there are plenty of opportunities to partake in outdoor recreational activities like the Tasik Biru Kundang, Taman Tun Teja Playground, Bukit Lagong Recreational Forest, Paintball Valley Bukit Lagong and Taman Rimba Templar. In addition, those who fancy teeing off, there are several golf courses nearby like Kundang Lakes Country Club, Tasik Puteri Golf and Country Club, Templar Park Country Club, Kelab Rahman Putra in neighbouring Sungai Buloh. When it comes to food, residents will definitely be spoiled for choice which so many options within close range such as JenSim Seafood Restaurant, Restoran Ng Kim Yap,Syazwani Tom Yum, Roti Canai Kundang and Fait Fait. The only facility available within Desa Kundang is car park. Desa Kundang is a small residential neighbourhood comprising of single storey terrace houses. Most units are spacious with built ups from 1,291 sft. The current selling price are in the range of RM 76,000 to RM 100,000 which is very affordable for most people.
