Ehsan Ria is an exclusive leasehold condominium located at Ehsan Ria, Sec 11, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This mid-range condominium was solely developed and launched by the Hong Leong Property Management Co Sdn Bhd. Completed in 2005, the Ehsan Ria has become one of the oldest condominium in Petaling Jaya. Originally designed to be a high-end residential tower, the condo now, however caters mostly to the university students from the nearby educational institutions.
