Precinct 15, also known as Presint 15, is a mixed freehold landed residential development that is made up of semi-detached houses with a few rows of shop offices for businesses and retail outlets. Precinct 15 is located in the prestigious and well planned township of Putrajaya, which is also a Federal Territory in Malaysia. This housing area is developed by Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd. Some nearby suburbs are Cyberjaya, Bandar Baru Bangi and Serdang. Precinct 15 is an upmarket, prestigious residential estate within a lush green environment.
