SD4 or also known as Sri Damansara and is a freehold landed residential development that consists of single storey terrace link houses. SD4 is located along Jalan Jati SD 4/4, Bandar Sri Damansara in the state of Selangor. Neighbouring suburbs include Bandar Utama, Mutiara Damansara, Kepong, Desa Park City, Sungai Buloh and Damansara Perdana. Being in the township of Bandar Sri Damansara which has many commercial and retail shops, it is very convenient for families to stay here within close proximity to amenities. For public transport, there are 2 MRT (Mass Rapid Transport) stations serving this area, which are MRT Sri Damansara Station and MRT Metro PrimaStation, both of which are only 9 minutes away. There are pockets of green fields and parks for families and their children within Bandar Sri Damansara itself. However, for bigger parks with playground for children, there are the Central Park in Bandar Utama, The West Park and East Park. A short driving distance away, there is a green lung which is the Bukit Kiara Federal Park. There is a good variety of Chinese food stalls and “Kopi Tiams” Malay mamak eateries as well as Western food. For a great place to meet friends or spend a relaxing day, there are many cafe outlets to choose from. For more varieties and entertainment, nearby malls for shopping and dining are likes such as Ativa Mall, Aeon Mall Metro Prima and Selayang Mall. For bigger malls a short drive away, there is the famous One Utama (1U) Mall, The Curve and Ikano Power Center (Ipc) where you can shop at Ikea. Many hypermarkets are also nearby for grocery shopping and household supplies, such as Cosway Tesco Kepong, Tesco Mutiara Damansara,Aeon or Aeon Big Kepong. There are also smaller groceries stores such as Village Grocer, SG Grocer Wholesale, Jaya Grocer or Kim Sui Groceries. For fresher supplies there is a market nearby SD4. Nearby hospitals are Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara and Sungai Buloh Hospital which is a government hospital. For more choices, driving a further distance away, there are KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital, KPJ Damansara 2 and Damansara Kim Specialist Center, all which are privately operated. For parents with school going children, there are many public and international schools nearby such as The International School Desa Park City, St Joseph’s Institute International School, elc International School, IGB International School and Sri Bestari Private School. For government schools, there are SK Sri Bestari, For Higher education options includes First City University College, Segi University Kota Damansara, and Technology and International University College of Technology.
