Some other basic facilities are offered by Ukay Boulevard to its workers and tenants. As mentioned above, there is a total number of 250 basement car parks for the workers and tenants. With the car park being in the basement, it is covered and hence the workers and tenants are protected from the rain and sun. Next, there is 24 hours security within Ukay Boulevard to ensure the safety and security of the people and the building itself.
