ARCA is a freehold housing estate located in Alam Impian, Shah Alam, Selangor. The 2-storey terrace houses are developed by I & P Group (also known as Island & Peninsular), currently a sister company of SP Setia Group. The township of Alam Impian where ARCA is nestled in was built as a “Township of Arts” concept and features art installation all over the area. Therefore, ARCA is also stylishly designed with nice quality finishing. ARCA is easily accessible via Federal Highway, Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) and Lebuhraya Kemuning-Shah Alam (LKSA). The Alam Impian township is still in the midst of development therefore there is not much amenities. ARCA, however, is within walking distance to future schools and commercial hub of Alam Impian when it is fully completed. As such, residents will need to travel to Shah City Centre, approximately 8km away to get their necessities for now where they can find a host of amenities. For shopping, residents can opt for Setia City Mall, Central i-City and SACC Mall where you can find almost everything you need. The nearest schools from ARCA is SJKC Khe Beng, SMK Seksyen 24 (2) and SK Taman Sri Muda. ARCA features 2-storey terrace houses with generous built ups from 1,579 sft onwards. All units are stylishly designed with the modern touch and fitted with good quality finishing. Each unit comes with a small green space which makes up part of the compound of the house as well as a car porch space that can fit 2 cars side by side. Other facilities available include playground and 24 houses security. There is no launching price for ARCA. However, transactions record as of February 2020 notes that a 1,600 sft unit was transacted at RM 678,000 whilst the 3,000 sft unit was going for RM 1,000,000. This could be in anticipation of the current on-going development of the Alam Impian township.
