This project is basically a high-cost and high-rise condominium development that is developed having a financially stable or superior population in mind. Although we expect a lot of luxurious facilities when we pay such a huge price for a residential property, however, this isn’t the case. This project does not have any extra features or facilities. The only great selling point of this project is its amazingly convenient location. This project is near many quality schools, hospitals, health centers, hospitals, restaurants, cafes, temples, churches, and mosques. This project is also near many bus stations and taxi stands. This project is accessible through many routes and is easily reachable from anywhere in the city. Another feature that this project could be marketed upon is the fact that this residential project has extremely spacious, airy and well-constructed units. The view from the window of every unit is extremely beautiful. Every unit comes with a telecom that connects to the reception of the project downstairs. There is an uninterrupted supply of water, gas, and electricity in the unit. If you own a car, then traveling would potentially not be an issue because this project is quite ideally located in the city and most of the shopping centers, many quality schools, hospitals, health centers, hospitals, restaurants, cafes, temples, churches, and mosques. However, there is no parking space for the vehicles of the residents, which is quite disappointing after considering that the units of this project cost over 650,000 RM. If you don’t own a car or any sort of vehicle, you can catch a bus from the nearest bus stop or can hire a taxi from anywhere. If you have used Uber before, this might be unfortunate for you to learn that Uber does not work in Malaysia. However, people use Grab as an alternative, which is also a great application.
