Originally named Alam Sari and sited across 432.5 acres of land, it was expanded into a 775-acre township and rebranded as Setia Alamsari. Ilmu II is a freehold residential project that was launched in 2007. Widely known as the ‘Neighbourhood of Academia’, this township is situated in Kajang, Selangor.
