The design of each layout type at Panorama Residences is identical and very similar and yet very practical. The only difference is the size of the master bedroom and Type B's master bedroom which comes with an individual balcony, but it is not private as it can be linked to the living area. The developer used high-end quality materials for this project. The main entrance door stands at about 8 feet high; it has enormous green tinted windows that have powder coated aluminum window frame. There are also quality mosaics and wall tiles for the kitchen and bathrooms, porcelain tiles 600mm for the living room and dining room, the ceiling height of each unit is approximately 10 feet standing. Panorama Residences, a rebranded and slightly rejigged older development that was taken over and completed by ECS Mutiara Sdn Bhd in late 2013. It was supposed to launch at the end of 2008 under the name Sentul Prime. It was then delayed to end of 2009 when this condominium was named Panorama Residences. The property developer f this project offered buyers a scheme called Developer Interest Bearing Scheme (DIBS), but this scheme was only available to UOB and Bank Islam mortgagers. The developer has postponed the official launch of Panorama Residences Due to undisclosed reasons,-perhaps the developer had to wait for the best time to launch this project as now they can sell Panorama Residences for about RM300 per square feet. Its starting price was initially raised from around RM250 per square feet to RM300 per square feet when the project officially launched in 2011. Regarding capital appreciation, asking prices had already risen to over RM400 per square feet in 2014 and building maintenance Fee cost around at RM0.18 cents per square feet. To date, about 70 percent of the 435 units, have already sold out.
