It is developed by Medallion Ventures Sdn Bhd which is a privately held real estate company that has developed one other property development in Malaysia. The development is actually a modern refurbishment of an old established condominium from the 1970s. Puncak Ukay is a popular residence for expatriates and is preferred even though other global residences have emerged.
