Managed by SCM Property Services Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of UEM Sunrise, the said development held up 879 units of office suites with residential elements with built-up ranging between 469 sqft to 1,347 sqft. The leasehold tenure will be expiring on Jan 22, 2108. Also known as Menara Solaris, the said development is one of the unique types of offices in Malaysia called a Versatile Office Suite (VOS). Upon inception of the development plan, the developer has identified its user target market as the youngish internet entrepreneur with a commando start-up team that works, eats and sleeps in the office.
