About join venture.
Currently I have a 4 ekar land in Kuala Kangsar, a developer bought around 6 ekar of lands from me last year, now they want to buy another 4 ekar from me, because now they can't give cash to buy it, so they suggest Join Venture, which is 4 ekar exchange around 8 houses, what's your opinion?
What if those house cant' sell, so I have to bare all the taxes( cukai pintu, cukai tanah etc) right? 8 houses could be a big problem, of, is it a worthy investment?
