as a first home buyer, I'm browsing for a new property. I've calculated I can afford a new double-storey landed house (thanks for HOC) and it's 10KM from my working place. I quite like the place actually, it could feel like home. but the thing is, the renovation fees. I roughly checked online it says kitchen could cost rm20k-50k. I'm afraid I could not fork out a big amount suddenly just for renovation.
