Can owner sell the house by himself without agent.
If so what will be the procedure and how can the owner post ads on Propertyguru

Hi & good evening. You may do so. However, pls bear in mind that you may have to do a few things on your own: 1. Advertising & marketing - For propertyguru, only agents have the access to advertise because we subscribe the propertyguru account. 2. Entertain buyers during viewing - It may waste your time, money & energy if you dont filter the potential buyers for viewing. Or may lead to "window shopping".
