I have a house near UKM and less than 20 min from KL city. Selling price +/- RM 800 ~ 850k (nego). Double-story-terrace house. END-LOT (corner lot without much space). Free hold (rare species nowaday).

Saw a POTENTIAL buyer looking to BUY SIMILAR condition house (end or corner unit), budget RM800k. Near by KL or Kajang (10 to 20 minutes).
The "Question" was posted on 1st Dec 2017.
I will reveal all my information ONLY-IF the buyer WISH to visit the house or serious.
