I have a house near UKM and less than 20 min from KL city. Selling price +/- RM 800 ~ 850k (nego). Double-story-terrace house. END-LOT (corner lot without much space). Free hold (rare species nowaday).
Saw a POTENTIAL buyer looking to BUY SIMILAR condition house (end or corner unit), budget RM800k. Near by KL or Kajang (10 to 20 minutes).
