Hi there good evening here.Could pm me your property details such as floor plan,house picture then get back to you soon.Agency fee as stated in our agents handbook could not more than 3% from SPA price.Howevr,johor area each agency have different practice for such agency fee and should be absorb by agency either pay by buyer or owner subject to letter offer as agreed by 3 parties during closing deal to make earnest deposit for it.
