For a office building ( 5 to 6 stories ) for renovating / refurbishing. Does the contractor / project manager have to meet face to face with the client (boss)? Or if the boss sends a representative (staff or others), can the representative meet with the contractors and plan out everything with them?
Or are there documents that only needs the boss (client) to approve or can everything be handled by the representative?
