Hello. I have a landed, freehold gated semi-d house in Taman Impian Emas, Johor Bahru and it looks directly into the local urban park. This park has a 1.2-km paved circuit which is popular with a lot of surrounding residents. House is tastefully renovated with about 2,700 sq ft of buildup space and 3,200 sq ft land area (40-ft x 80-ft). 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, porch/driveway deep enough to accommodate 4 cars. The USP is the Park. Anyone interested? Reason for sale - relocating to KL.Pm if interested
