HI All,
Currently I am planning to sell 2 of my properties in Johor if price are reasonable:
1. 2 bay studio suite, approx. 852 sqft in Desaru (name Tiara seaview residence), would like to sell if pricing is good, current under tenancy till Dec 2020;
2. Studio (640sqft), level 33 facing swimming pool & partial city view in Molek regency property, selling price approx.500k, current in rental agreement till end Oct 2020
