Hi Experts
I bought a house from the developer and got the keys after the house completion 2020 Feb.
Come 2021 May , I will have fulfilled the 3 years lock in period with the bank housing loan.
I want to sell the house after the lock in period.
Currently its just left empty there.
I am punctually paying bills , taxes and everything is in good hands.
Just a little get to know me.
I bought the house thinking to retire alone , however due to the change of my job scope I met the love of my life and decided that we are going to build our nest in Singapore. Thus I need to sell my Malaysia house to apply for Singapore citizenship. I am now a PR Singapore.
I signed the SPA with the developer around 2017 Quarter 2-3.
Correct me if I am wrong , let me know if I miss out anything.
I would like to know what are the $ fees and charges involve, be it to agent , lawyer and government or others.
Are there any other fee?
1) RPGT
Am I eligible for the one time EXEMPTION ?
This is my first and only property in Malaysia.
2) Agent fee
3) Lawyer fee
