Hi how do get my house evaluated . I am thinking of upgrading my property. And once evaluated how do I market / advertise to get buyers . If I go thru agents , what is the agents going rate for commission ? I live in a double storey terrace house located in Setia Tropika kempas johor . Size 22x80, built up 2,330 sq ft . Completely renovated, completely furnished . Kindly advice
