Hi, im selling my house (without land title) and as stated in SAP I need to obtain consent from developer. The new buyer already signed the SPA and waiting for the developer to sign the new consent. But now developer not willing to sign the new consent. My question is, does the developer has the right to stop owner to selling their house? What can I do for this situation?
