Hi PropertyGuru,
I have a question.
I am foreigner working as IT Professional for past 15 years. My wife is local (Malay) and she is a hour wife. in 2010 we bought a a house (condo unit bumi lot). The sale and purchase agreement is under my wife name but the loan is on two name (myself and wife). Now I am trying to sell my house as I need to go back to my home town due to family matters. Since it little difficult to get a bumi buyer, so
1. Possible to sell to a non bumi buyer?
2. Is there a way to transfer this loan to my wife name
3. Since I will be leaving the country and till that time if I can't sell it off, would that be possible for me to withdraw my full EPF?
Thanks and looking forward to you expert advise :)
Cheers.
