Hi..I owned a unit of service apartment at nusajaya which former known as nusa heights,i intend to sell it when received the key estimated by year end 2014,as what i knew that there is a 30% charge for those that sell property within 3years period,but i heard so who are the first time selling property waive for the charge,is that real? T.Q.

Hi Mr Kun,RPGT exemption on net gains from the disposal of one unit residential property once in a lifetime by an individual who is a citizen or a PR of malaysia.For Individual, 30% up to 3 years,20% on 4th year, 15% for 5th year.
