I am a Malaysian and a Singapore PR. I bought a JB house in the year 2000. I intend to take up Singapore citizenship soon. What do I need to do so that I won't encounter any problems if I want to sell the house next time cos I will no longer have my Malaysian NRIC. Do I need to pay any taxes to the Malaysian or Singapore authorities after selling it?
