I came across a double story house in kuching with a built of around 1800 sq ft and i must say im quite impressed by the interior and exterior work done by the owner. He says that he bought the house for RM 360000 from the developer and is planning to sell it for RM 550000. I was just wondering if i were to buy the property, am i substantially overpaying for it and will i be looking at a loss lets say if i were planning to sell the house 10 years down the line? Will there be any increase in valuation of the house with the fully furnished interiors and well kept exteriors?
