I currently own a landed house in Bandar Saujana Putra. Have lived here close to 3 years. I am planning to sell and buy a property somewhere in either PJ or Subang area due to family commitments. May I know what is the best way to tackle my problem here as I know if I do sell the house now, I am obligated to pay the RPGT. But due to family, I am in need to move closer to PJ or Subang. Anybody is able to advise?
