I have 2 properties - one in Melaka (Selat Horizon) and another one in Pahang Fraser Hill (Silverpark Resort) to sell. Looking for agent to do the following -
*bring locksmith to unlock the locks (both are properties left by deceased who died intestate)
*cleaning (to remove broken furniture)
*get valuation report
*selling the properties
