I have a 11000sf Singapore facing property on Jalan Skudai, Danga Bay area. It does not sit inside the Iskandar zone but on the foothills of the palace. The house is currently rented but I am keen to sell it. The house is kind of run down due to the tenants so it either has to be renovated or rebuilt. I understand that there are talks for the palace to be relocated to somewhere else in the near future, thereby making the land in the area very valuable (once high restrictions are removed..not that it matters as JB has lots of land). I will like to know what the current market rate would be like to sell the property and how much I will be able to get? Thanks.
