I have a landed property fully paid and i have lost my grant ...i have put up the house for sale and the buyer has his loan approved ..i have also applied for a grant from the land office and they say it will take 6 months..now the loan has been approved ,what can i do now to proceed with sale ...how to go about it .. can the buyer proceed with the loan ..or the will the bank wait for the buyer till i provide the grant...how do i proceed now. I am stuck here . Because there is some time frame right for the bank to wait and accepting the loan...
