I have purchased a property under houzkey maybank loan. Not yet start instalment. Handover property within these 2-3 mths. How can i sell this property now or how do i manage it coz i am not going to stay there. Hardly can i afford to pay the instalment. Supposed to be paid by spouse but spouse has turn his back on his promise.
