MAH SING TOPS OUT M NOVA AT KEPONG

Kuala Lumpur, 2025 – Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) marks a significant milestone with the topping-out of M Nova, its third residential development in the vibrant neighbourhood of Kepong. The ceremony celebrates the structural completion of the project, which has reached 68% overall construction progress and is expected to be completed by Q2 2026.

Building on this achievement, M Nova has successfully recorded 3.5 million safe man-hours without Lost Time Injury (LTI). These milestones reflect the Group’s dedication to delivering high-quality homes while maintaining the highest safety standards and green construction practices.

Mah Sing’s Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Dato’ Voon Tin Yow; Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director, Lionel Leong; Executive Director, Datuk Seri Leong Yuet Mei; Chief Executive Officer of Property Subsidiaries, Yeoh Chee Beng, together with the senior management team, consultants and main contractors who were involved in the project’s development, attended and celebrated the momentous occasion.

There are also include 11 units of retail lots and a drive-thru retail concept, adding convenience for both residents and the surrounding community.

This achievement is also aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (UNSDG) 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth, which aim for safe, inclusive, and sustainable working conditions across all industries, including construction.

M Nova has been certified with the provisional GreenRE Bronze certificate in recognition of its environmentally conscious and sustainable design. Key green features include solar panels powering common facilities to lower energy use and emissions, a rainwater harvesting system for landscape irrigation, cross ventilation to improve indoor air quality, and the use of low-VOC paints to promote healthier living. This certification reflects Mah Sing’s ongoing commitment to building greener, more sustainable communities.
