Selangor’s property market is seeing good demand, with residential overhang steadily falling throughout 2023, according to MIDF Research. The property outlook for the state is positive, and the Housing Price Index (HPI) for Selangor properties is on the uptrend, according to data from the National Property Information Centre (NAPIC).
As land in and around the city centre becomes scarcer, we see more landed townships around Selangor in areas further away from the city, such as Shah Alam, Ampang, and Kota Kemuning. With lower densities compared to urban areas, some of these suburban developments have more greenery and open space within the township.
