Bukit Gita Bayu, known in several names such as Gita Bayu Villa or Windsong Heights, is an exclusive freehold residential neighborhood surrounded within a lush forest as its backdrop. Situated in Seri Kembangan, Selangor the construction of this sprawling 120-acre gated community development was completed by Yee Seng Heights Sdn Bhd, a small real estate organization held privately. The company held the reputation for building high quality residential enclaves for citizens who appreciate the natural environment and healthy living away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Completed in year 2009, Gita Bayu is Yee Seng’s maiden foray into high-end residential development which has become a showpiece of “living green” homestead enclave in the Klang Valley. The management of Bukit Gita Bayu charged its residents a maintenance fee of RM300 per month for the facilities and services offered.
