USJ 3C is a freehold residential estate which is part of the larger affluent USJ 3 neighbourhood located in USJ Selangor. USJ 3C is developed by Sime UEP Properties Berhad. USJ 3C is a gated and guarded enclave which comprises of only double storey terrace houses and a row of shophouses. It is located in between USJ 4, USJ 12 and USJ Heights neighbourhoods.
