Summerton is located opposite Gold Coast Resort Condominium by Techware Enterprise. There are several developments by Techware Enterprise such as Putra Place Condominium and Villa Emas Condominium near there as well. These condominiums are all near eateries, banks, clinics, mosque, and a night market.
As Summerton is beside Queensbay Mall, and close to the Bayan Lepas Free Trade Zone, it is a convenient place to stay.
It has plenty of amenities within walking distance, nice views as it is just by the coast, and near the Penang Bridge and the airport as well. Units at Primo Heights sold out rather quickly during its launch, which indicates good demand for the units here. The location itself is a good selling point.
Available listings in PropertyGuru in February 2021 show that the asking monthly rental for 1,566 sq ft units are from RM2,300 to RM2,500, while purchase prices are asking from RM768,000 to RM950,000.
