With an avalanche of new developments saturating the Klang Valley, developers are moving away from the city in search of greener land to fulfil buyers’ desires of a greener home. As part of the Greater KL project, the new and upcoming MRT tracks are going to be built in the neighbouring Kajang as the town is part of the National Key Economic Areas (NKEA) and the Government Transformation Programme (GTP) systems.
