OnePark @ Kajang is one of the latest developments of homes and nature that harmonise together perfectly. Located in the suburbs of Kajang within Taman Semenyih Idaman, One Park is situated approximately 3 minutes away from the Kajang town centre.

One of the brand promises of the developer is that of quality developments. Fulfilling their promise, all the homes at OnePark will come with premium finishings. Some of the units will also come fully built-up and extended, leaving the lucky buyers with nothing to do but get their furniture and move their bags in.
The other promise of the developer is a park life. For this, the homes at OnePark will be focused around the “Greenarium” – the central park at OnePark. Buyers who wish to can purchase a home with their backyard facing the lake.
For buyers who prefer to have greens instead of water features for their backyard, they will have the option of purchasing a home in the other parks as well. The parks are the Fruity Park, Heliconium Park, Fernarium Park, Calathium Park and Herbarium Park. As each park is named according to its theme, buyers will have a good idea of what their park will look like.
Residents of OnePark will enjoy total peace of mind with the 6-tier security that is provided to them. There will be only a single point of entry and exit, as well as CCTV surveillance cameras located at strategic spots throughout the neighbourhood and on the perimeter walls. This ensures that entrance and living at OnePark will be exclusive only to the residents of OnePark.
With all the space and facilities that are being provided, it is then rather surprising that residents need only pay a maintenance fee of RM150 per month, per household. Even more surprising is that the entry price of getting a home at OnePark is very reasonable. The selling prices of these homes come at a minimum of RM725,000, otherwise a minimum of RM350 per sq ft.
Targeted towards home buyers with a love for nature, who yet still wishes to have the conveniences of city living, the homes at OnePark are highly coveted and very desirable.
