Pantai (also known as Kerinchi) is a quaint and quiet town located in the south of Kuala Lumpur. It is an old residential area that comes with both high-rise and landed residential units catering to different income groups. A large majority of residents living in this area are expatriates, foreigners and the affluent, with Bangsar as its immediate and equally affluent neighbor. It is also home to the largest and most sophisticated treatment plant in the Asia Pacific region. The Pantai 2 Sewage Plant is partially built underground, below a public park and it runs on automation systems without emitting smell into the air. Some of the notable landmarks here are UOA Corporate Tower, Menara TM, The Horizon, Vertical Corporate Tower and Menara SuezCap.
Pantai is located just a distance away from the city centre, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Mont Kiara and Petaling Jaya, all within short driving distance. Accessibility into Pantai is highly convenient as there are many expressways and highways leading into and out of the area. Jalan Maarof is connected to the SPRINT Highway, which is the easiest access to Pantai, while NKVE and LDP provide just as good access as the other highways. There is also public transportation that residents can use, as the KL Sentral station is less than 10 minutes away from Pantai, and Bangsar LRT station is just a train ride away from KL Sentral station. Public buses and taxis also frequently pass through the area.
The residents of Pantai are very well cared for in terms of amenities and facilities as, Pantai Medical Centre, the closest medical Centre for many in Pantai and Bangsar, top international schools, exclusive shopping malls, restaurants, clinics, worship places, mini markets, banks and parks are also available within driving and walking distances. For those who enjoy shopping, they can go to Suria KLCC, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, KL Gateway Mall, Berjaya Times Square and Central Market Kuala Lumpur where they can get local and international products from, which are all located within a few minutes’ drive away.

Clinics in the vicinity are Pusat Perubatan Pantai, Qualitas Health Klinik Pantai, Kamaruddin Ahmad Dr, Clinic Yoon Hiap Dr and Lee Hock Bee Clinics.
