A Wonderful Stay at a Secure and Convenient C
I had a wonderful time staying at 28 BLVD condo. The security measures were excellent, with strict access control, ensuring the safety and privacy of all residents. There are lots of AirBnB in this condo. The proximity to a shopping mall made it incredibly convenient for my needs. The view of the KL towers from both the unit and the infinity pool was absolutely breathtaking. Being close to the highway allowed for easy travel around the city. The amenities were kept clean and in good condition. As a non-smoker, I appreciated the smoke-free environment. Overall, it was a great place to live, and I highly recommend it. -

Conveniently Located Condo with Serene Lake V
I had a fantastic experience staying at 28 BLVD condo. It's conveniently located in the heart of the city, with all types of shops available at the ground level. The beautiful man-made lake beside the condo added a touch of serenity to my stay. The management of the condo was excellent, and the amenities on level 12, including the swimming pool, playground, and gym, were a great addition. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for convenience and comfort. -

Ideal for working from home
I live in a 3BR unit in Tower B of 28 Boulevard. It’s a simple plan with aligned rooms and a small balcony. The master bedroom is spacious with an attached toilet. The third bedroom however is more of a study. Since we have just one kid, I was able to use it as my makeshift office during the pandemic when we were working from home. The apartment has large French windows with low sills. The location in Pandan Perdana is very convenient too. Hospitals, schools, malls, all are nearby. -

Luxurious facilities
I bought a unit at the beautiful lakeside 28 Boulevard in 2019 and soon after the project was completed, we moved in. It’s been a while now and I can say that we have already made so many wonderful memories. My son goes to SK Pandan Indah near the property. Public transport here connects well to many areas too if you don't drive. Overall, it’s a large project with luxurious facilities that cater to the whole project of almost 2000 units without being overwhelming. -
