  Safe location with easy access to shops

  I have been staying at 9 Bukit Utama for some time and have been rather satisfied. The security is really superb, allowing me to feel much safer in the premises of my home. The location also allows for easy access to shops or mall nearby as well as the facilities provided.

  A lot of facilities and easy access to ammeni

  After staying at 9 Bukit Utama for some time, I have to say that having so many facilities like the gym and access to the pool are really convenient. Also having ease of access to nearby convenience stores and the Club is really handy. This allows for quick and easy access to pastimes,especially for families with children.

  Spacious, quiet environment

  9 Bukit Utama is a nice place to live. The surrounding greenery gives the environment a more natural feeling. The location is quite isolated from densely populated areas which provides a more serene and quiet environment.
