  Good project!

  Akina offers double-storey terrace homes with a zen-inspired design, promoting a tranquil living environment. The development includes amenities like a park with a mini football field, basketball court, island gym, jogging/cycling tracks, and an Active Plaza. It's well-connected to major highways and close to schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and public transportation.

  Developer's Previous Projects

  I'm not a fan of MKH due to their previous high-rise projects. However, their landed properties, like Hillpark, have received positive feedback. A relative bought a semi-D there for RM700k a few years ago and loves the quiet and peaceful environment.
