Developed by Amalan Setar Sdn Bhd, Alamanda Parklands is a multi-phase mixed-development project comprising 6.7 acres of freehold, landed homes and shop lots in Rawang, Selangor. The development has nine phases in total, and began with its first launch of double-storey landed homes in February 2018.

Bearing a total gross development value (GDV) of RM410 million, all the homes carry a reasonable price tag, with sizes starting from 800 sq ft and over, and a good mix of house types that contribute to its high demand and success. All in all, the completion of the project is expected to be in 5-6 years.

Concept

Built for the market and with products designed specifically for it, Alamanda Parklands is a comprehensive residential project that incorporates the needs and wants of modern homeowners. The homes are individually titled and designed from the buyer’s perspective. For instance, the kitchen space is fully extended, and the master bedrooms prioritise spaciousness with no balconies.

Adding to that are planned shop lots to cater to the residents’ convenience, which will be introduced within the last few phases of the project.
