  Layout is big with decent pricing.

  The only concern for most of the people i think will be the limited amount exit of road, peak hour will be jam

  Acceptable workmanship

  Based on their previous projects, lavender & iris true have many defects, but most are just minor, not much affect after developer fix those minor minor defect
