Kajang

Kajang was founded after the Klang War in 1807 and has since been made the district capital of Hulu Langat in the state of Selangor. Kajang is linked with Putrajaya, the National Administrative Centre of Malaysia. Kajang rose to become a modern town thanks to coffee estates which were opened up around it in the 1890s.
